As the voice for business, we believe the effectiveness and success of the Chamber depends on our credibility and representation of the community's business interests. Web Presence

Inclusion in the Chamber of Commerce online business listing is included free of charge for all active Pocomoke City Chamber of Commerce members. Provided in this free service is space for a full description of your business, including mailing address, public e-mail address, phone & fax numbers, business hours as well as logo and other images. Members may edit their listing information themselves by registering for a Chamber Portal account or contact the Chamber Staff to have their listing information changed.

The chamber portal . . .

1. enables members to update their business profile 24 hours a day.
2. provides businesses with a unique ability to post daily or weekly "specials" free of charge.
3. provides an online database of active referral requests received through the Referral request form.
4. is where businesses may post job openings. (Viewed by the general public on the employment page).
5. provides chamber member statistics and active member listing.

Advertisement

Chamber Web Site
Membership in the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce includes a free enhanced listing and hyperlink to your web site (if applicable) in our searchable business directory. During 2005 the web site enjoyed over 31,000 individual internet users.

Opportunities exist for member advertisement with an animated banner (linked to your web site!) displayed on the Chamber's web pages.

Referral Service

We receive several requests for business services monthly by phone. Our free online referral service is expected to increase the number of requests.

Requests will be referred to non-member businesses only if no member businesses provide the requested service.
